Is it weird that I have something like five projects all going at once and yet I want to learn to a) etch glass and b) weld for purposes of metal sculpture?
And where do all the people go to sell their used big expensive art supplies when the muse disappears? I want to go there.
And yet I have no actually demonstrated artistic talent.
Meh.

No artistic talent?
I'd have never guessed!
haaa you sound like me.... I have the makings for at least half a dozen projects I never quite seem to get around to doing (or learning to do)
whatever you do DON'T start going to yard sales!! you'll find all kinds of nifty gadgets for low low prices
I often wonder if my craft project problem - which seems to include ‘hoarding’ materials for those projects, is related somehow to my OCD
only 5 other projects? LOL!
Check out www.wetcanvas.com - they have all kinds of forums for all kinds of art mediums, and there's a swap shop forum for selling stuff - you can look there.
I gotta find some time somewhere, somehow, to do some large-scale glass work, and then some metal work, etc etc. Sigh.
It is called Spring Time in Alaska.
Dorene, I think you are right. Maybe it's cabin fever.
If only that guy in McCarthy years back had access to a craft/hardware store instead of only firearms, things wouldn't have gone so... er... badly.
Um, yeah, I do the same thing. I do believe it's called ADD. I have a hard time finishing projects though too.
