What were they thinking? Vol. 1

Today, no kidding, a caller reports an unsafe driver. The driver is a woman who is breast-feeding while driving.

Yes: behind the wheel, DRIVING THE CAR with a baby suckling her nipple.

I have no words.

I once saw an elderly lady with an embroidery hoop propped on the steering wheel doing needlepoint as she drove in heavy traffic.

Granted, that woman is out of her mind but if there's one thing consistent about Alaskan's: We damn near LIVE in our vehicles. Cool blog dude.

That happened near the Ohio/Pennsylvania border a number of months ago. SAME thing! How absolutely stupid and that is to say nothing of child endangering!!

The woman got a hand slap even after she refused to get out of the car like the policeman told her to do. Instead she called her husband on her cell phone to find out what to do!!

It was totally ridiculous.

OH BTW ... I too am on a quest to do 100 compliments ... and so here is yours ... LOVE your set up and especially your heading logo! Cool and unique!

Well, it's not like she needs her boobs to drive, right? So what's the problem? ;) (yes, I'm joking).

Kinda reminds me of the time I saw a guy reading a book while riding his motorcycle. I'll give him credit for his fancy hand work when it came time to shift, though.
