I never for one minute believed she was guilty, for a lot of reasons, not the least of them being that woman just don't kill someone by stomping on their head and even if they were inclined too, how much strength must that take? Also, she had no blood on her, how much blood would get on you if you stomped on someone's head until they died? What I found the most fasinating though was the way the legal system worked over there. If she had been tried in America, I bet she would have been found guilty, and wrongly so. So many things about the legal system in Seoul were so different from ours. Such as not using a confession if the suspect retracts it. Such as having her reenact that crime, and letting her do it they way the confession said and the way she said it happened. And the whole idea of presenting your case on paper instead of in the court of law. No grandstanding or theatrics under that system. Mind you, I'm not saying it's a better system, just a different one and an interesting one.
